We are in the process of new kitchen...my dream kitchen...but sadly, seems not to be at this stage.Incorrect measurements...yep ...paid up front...as per their regulations....waiting for their response to incorrect placements.Said all was on the plan and yes I did sign off on the plan but didn't expect to pull out my tape measure for a 30mm issue, that's why I hired them rather than planning myself, which I wasn't confident to do, so hired the "pro's...disappointed..lets wait and see.
will advise review if sorted but customer care not looking good at this stage.Silly me, not a leg to stand on as they demand 100% up front before delivery....all trades suggested are great and have been trying to help rectify our 30mm problem...but rep from KC not interested...has his commission I guess.!!
